Leave lifting harness installed on section.
B.
Pull up enough slack in hoist line and tie off to a vertical member clear
of davit.
C.
Tip davit to a vertical position and lift hooks clear.
D.
Use hand-over-hand method and raise davit to next position.
E.
Install remaining tiedown cables to base section.
